BOASTING an extensive grilled steak and seafood menu, you will not find better good ol’ Australian tucker than at Outback Jacks at Whitfords.

Located within the heart of the vibrant Whitfords City Shopping Centre, the locally-owned Outback Jacks restaurant has more than just your stock-standard cuisine.

With more than 15 steak dishes on its menu, it is a complete meat lover’s delight.

Part of the unique dining experience at Outback Jacks is that you can pick the steak you want from a special refrigerated cabinet that’s designed to prime the restaurant’s top-grade Angus beef.

Why not try the restaurant’s number one choice, the Boss’s Cocky Cut – a juicy eye fillet aged for tenderness – or for something a bit different, Jack’s Spicy Bulldust serving – aged prime rib on the bone rubbed with a blend of mixed herbs and spices.

But if it’s a challenge you’re after, try Jack’s Challenge – a 1kg lump-a-rump.

The challenge is to eat it in 30 minutes – if you win you pay half price and get a t-shirt.

But if your looking for something  lighter, there are plenty of seafood, chicken and vegetarian options.

There are the dynamite prawns, sautéed in a spicy chilli tomato sauce and served in a mini camp oven, or the Chicken Out – tender breast fillet toped with bolognaise sauce, crispy bacon and parmesan.

There is an early bird special, offering a three course meal from Sunday to Thursday between 4pm and 6pm, Monday night steak night for $18 and all you can eat ribs and pasta for $34.95.
